Aspire Workforce is proud to serve Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas counties. Our commitment to our community is unwavering, and we're dedicated to making a profound and lasting impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their communities. Join us in our mission to inspire and empower individuals with disabilities in the workforce. Thank you for visiting Aspire Workforce, where our passion for our community drives everything we do.
WHAT WE DO
Aspire Workforce proudly serves Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas counties.
Our Goal:
Our primary goal is to place between 15-20 individuals into competitive employment each year. We are driven by the belief that everyone deserves a chance to thrive in the workforce.

Our Approach:
Our approach is grounded in data. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate for persons with disabilities was 7.6% in 2022, a decrease of 2.5% points from the previous year. However, this rate was still about twice as high as the rate for those without disabilities, which stood at 3.5%. These numbers highlight the urgent need for organizations like ours to make a positive impact on our community.

By leveraging this data, we tailor our programs and advocacy efforts to address the unique challenges faced by individuals with I/DDs, ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they need to succeed in a competitive job market.
EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT: Placement & Coaching
We help connect individuals with I/DDs to job opportunities within the community that match their skills and interests. Our tailored approach includes job placement, comprehensive support throughout the employment process, collaboration with local businesses to create inclusive workplaces, and ongoing advocacy for equal employment rights. By providing continuous guidance and support, we empower our clients to achieve independence and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
Our team of job coaches provides support at every stage of the employment journey for individuals with I/DDs. From understanding each client’s strengths and aspirations to creating customized job supports, we ensure our clients can make a positive impact in their roles.
