EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

“Together, we are bridging the gap between ability and opportunity—one job at a time.”
— Sarah Davis,
Executive Director
At Aspire Workforce, we believe meaningful employment is a human right—one that fosters dignity, confidence, and belonging. We empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to discover their strengths, make their own choices, and be recognized for their contributions.
Our team listens first. We build trust, provide tools, and partner with families, Vocational Rehabilitation, and employers to walk every step of the journey together.
We exist to amplify the voices of those we serve and to create opportunities through real partnerships. With education, patience, and unwavering support, we help build skills that last a lifetime.

Bridging
the Gap

Picture a wide stream—some people can jump across, others need a stepping stone, and some need a bridge. Equity is building that bridge. At Aspire Workforce, we meet each person where they are, walk beside them, and support their journey—one job at a time.
