CAREER EXPLORATION
We help individuals uncover their goals, interests, and talents through guided conversations, activities, and informational interviews.
JOB DEVELOPMENT
We connect with local employers to find roles that align with each person's strengths. We advocate for inclusive practices and workplace accommodations as needed.
JOB COACHING
We offer coaching and mentoring on-site or remotely to help new hires learn their tasks, strengthen communication, and gain independence. Coaching tapers off as confidence grows.
WORKPLACE SUPPORT
